Exciting Launch of Australian Black Limes


This month has been a whirlwind of excitement as we dived headfirst into the launch of our new business venture. With 23 years of farming under our belts, the past 7 years have been dedicated to nurturing our lime trees, and the culmination is our exotic, unique product – Australian Black Limes.

The anticipation soared with not one, but two pre-launch events. “Meet the buyer,” orchestrated by the esteemed “Buy West Eat Best,” connected us with heavyweights like Pan Pacific Hotels, IGA, and Coles, paving the way for future opportunities, including the exciting prospect of exporting our product.

Battling the scorching heat in Fremantle on November 4th, we proudly showcased our product at “Farmer On Your Plate.” Despite the mercury hitting 37 degrees, the early-bird crowds braved the weather to meet the faces behind the farm.

Adding to the crescendo, the official launch of Australian Black Limes coincided with the gastronomic celebration at “Flavours Of Gingin”. On the 10th of November, our Black Lime Relish took center stage in an evening entrees expertly crafted by local culinary artisans, Tiffany’s Catering Services. The synergy of local produce and passion for our Black Limes created a delectable experience, marking the beginning of an exciting chapter for us.

Enhancing the evening meal experience, we set up a stall on Saturday, November 11th, and to our delight, it turned into a complete sellout of all our produce! We had the pleasure of meeting incredible individuals who specifically sought us out. It was heartening to hear people express their anticipation about Australian Black Limes, eager to savor the essence of this exotic spice that has been creating quite a buzz.
