With each passing day, we immersed ourselves in the world of Black Lime,

As we welcome the new year – an exciting future of prospects in reaching various stakeholders in the food industry, such as home cooks, regional farms, chefs, restaurants, and spice companies. Opening the possibility of exporting Australian black limes into nearby countries such as New Zealand, Singapore, Dubai.

In our excitement to share this journey, we will be opening the farm for public tours which could include stargazing events to cap off the evenings, along with opportunities to meet Cookie the calf and Henry the pig!
