Farm & Stars Experience

Farm Tour – 5:30 PM
Immerse yourself in the world of Australian Black Limes with a guided tour of our off-grid farm in Wanerie. Stroll through our thriving lime orchard, discover the art of traditional drying methods, and see how these unique limes develop their bold, aromatic flavors. After the tour, delight in a tasting of our handcrafted black lime products—zesty salts, spiced relishes, and more. Browse our farm-fresh selection before the night sky takes center stage.

Stargazing – 6:30 PM

The Sun sets around 6:30 pm, making it an easy night for families to enjoy the stars without staying up too late. Spring skies bring change, and this is a wonderful time to learn how the night sky shifts through the seasons.

As darkness settles, look for bright planets that stand out from the stars. Jupiter, often the brightest object in the night sky, looks like a glowing torch and, through a telescope, its moons can be seen lined up beside it. Saturn appears softer and golden, and with a telescope its famous rings can delight kids and adults alike.

The Southern Cross is still visible early in the evening, helping children learn how people once navigated by the stars. With mild spring air and dark country skies, October is a relaxed, curious, and magical time to explore the universe together.
