
Dressing
Ingredients
- 4 tsp Dijon Mustard
- 2 tbsp Honey
- 7 tbsp Black Lime infused oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 4 tbsp Apricot Budburst Vinegar
Directions
- Add all ingredients into a shaker. Shake well until ingredients are combine.
- Pour over salads
To make infused Black lime oil – take oil of choice and sous for 6 hours with 2 or 3 broken Australian black limes. The smokiness and lime essence will infuse into the oil.
