
Avocado Non Dairy ‘Mousse’
Ingredients
- 400g ripe avocado (weight of flesh only)
- 4 rounded tsp honey
- 2 tsp organic canola oil or coconut oil
- 40g cocoa powder, sifted
- 2 flat tsp Australian Black Lime Powder
- *optional toppings of choice eg cacao nibs, nuts and dried fruit pieces
Directions
- Blitz avocados in a food processor until silky smooth.
- Pour in honey and oil then mix together.
- Add cocoa and Black Lime Powder then mix again until smooth.
- Taste the mixture and add extra honey, cocoa or Black Lime Powder to suit your taste. Serve in 4 small dessert bowls.
- Add any toppings of your choice. Serve chilled.
