Avocado Non Dairy ‘Mousse’

Ingredients

  • 400g ripe avocado (weight of flesh only)
  • 4 rounded tsp honey
  • 2 tsp organic canola oil or coconut oil
  • 40g cocoa powder, sifted
  • 2 flat tsp Australian Black Lime Powder
  • *optional toppings of choice eg cacao nibs, nuts and dried fruit pieces

Directions

  1. Blitz avocados in a food processor until silky smooth.
  2. Pour in honey and oil then mix together.
  3. Add cocoa and Black Lime Powder then mix again until smooth.
  4. Taste the mixture and add extra honey, cocoa or Black Lime Powder to suit your taste. Serve in 4 small dessert bowls.
  5. Add any toppings of your choice. Serve chilled.
