Black Lime Chilli (60g)
A refined seasoning that pairs the smoky-citrus lift of black lime with a gentle chilli warmth, balanced with salt for a clean, savoury finish.
Our black limes (loomi) are grown and dried on our family farm at Bethel Estate in Gingin, Western Australia, using a traditional Persian preservation technique adapted to our Wheatbelt climate. We then blend black lime with organic chilli from Omaru Farm on Phillip Island and salt to create a seasoning that adds depth and brightness — especially as a finishing touch.

How to use
- Finish grilled meats, roast vegetables and seafood
- Sprinkle over eggs, avocado, salads and soups
- Add to marinades, dressings and yoghurt
