A bright, savoury finishing salt made with Murray River pink salt flakes, blended with the distinctive smoky-citrus flavour of black lime.
Our black limes (loomi) are grown and dried on our family farm at Bethel Estate in Gingin, Western Australia, using a traditional Persian preservation technique adapted to our Wheatbelt climate. We then blend them with delicate Murray River pink salt flakes to create a seasoning that lifts food with a clean tang, gentle savoury depth, and a subtle smoky finish.

How to use
