
Garlic and Black Lime Brussel Sprouts
Ingredients
- 450g Brussel Sprouts
- 1 large Red Onion
- 1 – 2 Tbsp Australian Black Lime
- 2 – 3 cloves of garlic
- Salt
- 1 fresh Pomegrante
- Olive Oil or 200g butter
Directions
- Fry garlic until is starts to turn golden
- Add onion and turn until onion starts to turn golden brown around the edges
- Add sprouts and 1 Tbsp Australian Dried Lime. Reduce heat and allow to steam cook for 5 mins. Make sure there is enough oil/butter. Add more if necessary
- Remove lid and taste. If you desire a sourer dish add another tablespoon dried lime.
- Sprinkle pomegrante over and give them a quick fry.
- Serve
