Garlic and Black Lime Brussel Sprouts

Ingredients

  • 450g Brussel Sprouts
  • 1 large Red Onion
  • 1 – 2 Tbsp Australian Black Lime
  • 2 – 3 cloves of garlic
  • Salt
  • 1 fresh Pomegrante
  • Olive Oil or 200g butter

Directions

  1. Fry garlic until is starts to turn golden
  2. Add onion and turn until onion starts to turn golden brown around the edges
  3. Add sprouts and 1 Tbsp Australian Dried Lime. Reduce heat and allow to steam cook for 5 mins. Make sure there is enough oil/butter. Add more if necessary
  4. Remove lid and taste. If you desire a sourer dish add another tablespoon dried lime.
  5. Sprinkle pomegrante over and give them a quick fry.
  6. Serve
