Introducing Black Lime Pepper: A Flavourful Delight
A refined blend of smoky-citrus black lime and bold Australian black pepper, made for cooks who love depth and restraint rather than heat for heat’s sake.
Our black limes (loomi) are grown and dried on our family farm at Bethel Estate in Gingin, Western Australia, using a traditional Persian preservation technique adapted to our Wheatbelt climate. We pair them with chemical-free Australian black pepper from Australia’s only black pepper farm to create a seasoning that’s bright, savoury and quietly complex.
Flavour
Smoky citrus lift from black lime, balanced by warm pepper notes and a clean, lingering finish.
How to use
- Finish grilled meats, roast vegetables, eggs and seafood
