Made with black limes (loomi) grown and dried on our family farm at Bethel Estate in Gingin, Western Australia, these blends bring a smoky-citrus lift and savoury tang to seafood, vegetables, lamb, chicken and salads.

- Black Lime Salt (60g) — Murray River pink salt flakes blended with black lime for a clean, bright finish
- Black Lime Pepper (60g) — black lime with chemical-free Australian black pepper from Australia’s only black pepper farm
- Black Lime Chilli (60g) — black lime blended with organic chilli from Omaru Farm (Phillip Island) and salt
How to use
- Use Powder in marinades, dressings, soups and slow-cooked dishes
- Use Salt to finish seafood, salads, eggs and cocktails
- Use Pepper for meats, roast veg and soups
